Because trauma is at the core of my work, I often support clients navigating more complex and often misunderstood diagnoses such as personality disorders, OCD, eating disorders, and substance use. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and rooted in real connection. I’m not here to fix you—you were never the problem. I’m here to help you understand yourself in a way that finally feels clear, validating, and meaningful.
